To be considered by the committee to present at the conference, you MUST register by the submission deadline. As you complete your submission, you will be prompted to register and will be redirected to a registration and payment page. Failure to register with your submission may disqualify you from consideration for acceptance by the conference committee.
If your submission is not accepted for presentation at the conference, you may request a refund of your registration fee. Email the conference organizer here with your registration receipt number. In order to receive a registration refund for rejected papers, the conference organizer must receive your request by September 15 prior to that year's conference.
Note: If you do not submit a proposal to the conference but plan to attend, you may register any time before October 1.
